In 1993, Mr. Sreedhar began designing biscuit machinery as a third-year engineering student. The first gauge roller followed in 1995, and Sunbeam's own manufacturing facility was established in 1996.
The methodology that emerged in those early years has remained consistent. When a production line encountered a problem that existing machinery made worse, the response was to redesign the machine. India's first three-drive moulder, first chainless rotary moulder and first paint-free stainless-steel biscuit machines all originated from that habit.

Managing Director
Principal design engineer at Sunbeam since 1993, when he began designing biscuit machinery as a third-year engineering student. The first gauge roller followed in 1995, and Sunbeam's own manufacturing facility was established in 1996.
A mechanical engineering graduate of Osmania University and a US Fulbright Fellowship scholar at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University.
